Brief introduction:
It is suitable for the packaging of tea, grains, medicinal powder, hardware accessories, electronic accessories and other material.

This is a vibrator feeding method machine that suit for food industry, the key part of the machine is the electric vibrator.

The inlet granule is falling down the vibrator tray and moves toward the bucket at the effective of vibrator.

Bucket conveyor is a material handling equipment , the conveyor is mainly made up of conveying part, driving device, tension device. of bucket elevator.

This lifting conveyor is designed for conveying and lifting the particle&granule item that is with good fluidity such as wheat, corn, peanut, seed, sugar, rice etc. The machine is fully stainless steel 201 and with reliable performance.

1.Equipped with automatic induction device, it will automatically stop feeding when the hopper is full or empty.
2. The reducer gear: worm type, its advantage s running evenly, lower noise, also is reliable.
3.The electric vibrator part, it is available adjustable. Machine's portable control box: the vibration amplitude is variable to control the conveying capacity.
4.The roller and PE belt: comply to food safety grade.
