Automatic Detergent Capsule Packing and Counting Solution into Bottles

Brief introduction:

*The above machines are suitable for big granules ,such as capsule, cleaning tablets, candies , laundry pods , dishwasher , filling into bottles or boxes. 
 

Working principle:
The tablets are transported to the feeding corrugated plate of the elevator, and enter into the bin of the counting machine through the vibration device. The bin is equipped with a counting photoelectric sensor. The tablets fall into the bin are counted quantitatively by the photoelectric counting sensor and then fall into the lower container, such as box, bottle, cabinet.

Main features:

1. Elevator and counting machine can be customized into two channels to speed up the capacity.
2. PLC touch screen, automatic control.
3. Speed and filling quantity can be set from the PLC.
4. Stainless steel material, durable.
