Brief introduction:

1.This packaging scale is designed for quantitative packaging of granular materials with good fluidity such as corn, rice, soybeans, grains, and micro-granules.
2.It adopts DC plus vibration <DC or double vibration> feeding.
3.The material enters the buffer silo through the vibrator, and the material is sent to the bag through the feeding vibrator controlled by the vibration frequency.
4.The feeding amount is controlled by controlling the vibration frequency. Once the bag reaches the standard value, its controller sends a signal to the cylinder to loosen the bag, and the bag is sent away through the conveyor belt. The bag system signal stops and is manually assisted in sealing.
5. Bag sewing machine can be equipped as per your request. 
6. Bucket feeder is for conveying granules. auger screw feeder if for conveying powder. Both can be equipped.
