Main Features:
Dairy separator for degreasing is the most important equipment in dairy industry. Mainly used in degreasing from milk, and removal of foreign impurities in the milk. Similar materials can also be used for clarification and purification.
This product absorbs the advantage of the same kind foreign product in Germany and Russia. All the parts that may contact the feedstock are made of stainless steel. Availably reduce the chemical effect of the feedstock at the machine spare parts.

Separation effect
1.It can separate substances with extremely small density differences.
The rotating drum of the disc centrifuge has a high rotational speed and can generate a strong centrifugal force with a high separation factor. This enables it to quickly and effectively separate substances with extremely small density differences. For mixtures that are difficult to separate by conventional filtration or sedimentation methods, such as emulsions and fine particle suspensions, it has excellent separation effects.
2.High production efficiency.
Due to its efficient separation ability, the residence time of materials in the disc centrifuge is very short and the production efficiency is high.
3.Good clarification effect.
The disc centrifuge has a precise disc design. The discs inside the disc centrifuge have a very small spacing and are arranged in a conical shape, forming numerous narrow channels. When materials enter the centrifuge, under the action of centrifugal force, solid particles or impurities will quickly move along the lower surface of the discs to the edge of the rotating drum and deposit there. The clarified liquid can smoothly flow through the channels between the discs to the center of the rotating drum, thus realizing efficient separation of solids and liquids and obtaining highly clarified liquid.
4.It can continuously and automatically discharge slag.
It can continuously discharge the solid impurities deposited on the edge of the rotating drum without stopping the machine.
