DPFX series nozzle separator is a kind of high speed, high precision and high efficiency continuous discharge separator. Several nozzles are installed outside of the bowl wall. insoluble solids which deposit in the sediment chamber will be discharged out continuously under the centrifugal force formed by high rotation speed of bowl.
This separator is suitable for solid-liquid two phase separation and concentration which content high solid content(max.20%,such as fermentation liquor,alga, Kaolinic, and so on.
