Product Introduction
The main body of the dehydrator is composed of a filter body and a spiral shaft, and the filter body is divided into two parts: a concentration section and a dehydration section. So, when the sludge enters the filter body, the relative movement of the fixed ring and the moving ring is used to quickly discharge the filtrate through the gap between the stacked plates, rapidly concentrate, and push the sludge towards the dewatering section. When the sludge enters the dewatering section, the space inside the filter chamber continuously shrinks, and the internal pressure of the sludge continuously increases. In addition, the back pressure of the pressure regulator at the outlet of the sludge is used to achieve efficient dewatering, while the sludge is continuously discharged from the machine.
Process
(1) Firstly, the sludge slurry is fed into the V-shaped metering tank of the dewatering machine through a sludge pump, and a portion of it flows back to the sludge slurry tank. The measured sludge enters the flocculation tank.
(2) The sludge enters the flocculation mixing reaction tank, and the drug injection pump injects flocculant. The two liquids are thoroughly mixed to form large alum flowers, which then flow into the filter body, which is driven by a variable frequency motor.
(3) The sludge flowing into the filter body first enters the concentration section, quickly separating a large amount of coagulated sludge from water, and then pushing the sludge to the dewatering section.
(4) In the dehydration section, the relative movement of fixed and moving rings, as well as the continuous increase in pressure inside the filter chamber, are utilized to achieve efficient dehydration, while the sludge is continuously discharged from the outside of the machine
