2. Introduction of capsule counting machine  
YL-2S electronic counting machine is upgrade version of YL-2S electronoic counter developed by our company.  The machine adopts anti-high dust computer counting technology, which can count and pack tablets (including special-shaped tablets), hard capsules, soft capsules (transparent and opaque in various shapes) pills and other solid particles in the size range of 3-12mm. It can be bottled, boxed and bagged, fully in line with GMP requirements, especially suitable for research institutions, hospitals, new small pharmaceutical factories, health care products factories.

Performance characteristics:

1.High accuracy:  adopts an exclusive system developed independently for many years.

The OMRON intelligent optical fiber sensor imported from Japan is combined with PLC touch screen control, which has accurate counting and strong anti-interference.
2. Good body material: The body material is made of stainless steel, which is anti-fouling and anti-corrosion and easy to maintain. The contact parts are all made of SUS304 stainless steel .
3. Convenient to use: The machine is equipped with a locator at the feeding port, which can limit the    
container to the correct feeding position. The loading container tray is a lifting structure, and the height of the container tray can be adjusted according to the height specifications of the bottle.
4. Visual information interaction: The touch screen human-computer interaction interface is adopted, the interface is minimalist, the information transmission is clear and easy to set and operate.
5. Strong applicability: This machine can be used for capsules, soft capsules, tablets (including special-shaped tablets), pills, candies, and grain seeds without the need to develop molds.
