This centrifuge can continuously produce with a high production capacity and small energy consumption per unit,but also has the best separation effect,minimum material loss,most convenient operation and most economical installation and maintenance costs,the new light and heavy liquid phase distribution devices and reliable labyrinth seal structure are used to achieve the best oil and water separation,the advanced slag-discharge structure is also used to achieve the continuous and smooth solid phase slag discharge avoiding the occurrence of blocking materials ,while eliminating solid phase and water mixing in downtime.

Principle level:
Sewage centrifuge uses centrifugal force to achieve solid-liquid separation. Its drum rotates at high speed, generating strong centrifugal force that can typically reach hundreds or even thousands of times the acceleration of gravity. For example, in the treatment of domestic sewage, suspended solid particles in the sewage can quickly move towards the direction of the drum wall under such strong centrifugal force, separating from the liquid part. This separation speed is much faster than traditional methods such as natural settling.
On the practical application level:
For industrial wastewater, especially wastewater containing small particles or solid-liquid mixtures with similar densities, wastewater centrifuges can also effectively separate them. For example, in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, it is difficult to separate dye particles and water through simple filtration or precipitation.
