ZP-29/33 low price rotary tablet making machine
Brief introduciton:
ZP-29/33 rotary tablet press is designed for pressing round tablets from various kinds of granular materials. It is primary machine to fit batch production of tablets. During operation, the speed of the turret rotation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage. A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder can be eliminated and the collected powder material can be reused.
Main features:
1.ZP-33 rotary tablet press machine is used to press various granular raw materials into round pieces. It is a basic equipment suitable for mass production.
2.This rotary tablet press machine adopts a double -pressing type structure with two sets of feeders and two sets of pressing wheels.
3.During tablet pressing, the turret speed, material filling depth and tablet thickness are all adjustable.
4.The machine is equipped with a powder suction box, which can absorb the
dust generated during the operation of the machine, avoid sticking and clogging, and recycle the raw materials for reuse.
5.The turret can be installed with 33 sets of punches to make 66 tablets after each revolution of the turret rotation.
6. The vacuum conveyor and dust cleaner can be equipped as per your request.
