GQ Type tubular centrifuge is composed of main body, transmission device, drum, liquid collecting tray, and liquid-feeding bearing base. There is a flexible main axis on the top of drum, and a damping floating bearing at its bottom. With the linked buffering device, the main axis is connected with the passive wheel. Through the conveyor and the fastening wheel, motor provides power for the passive wheel, so the drum rotates around itself axis by high speed, and form strong centrifuge force field. Materials are launched from the bottom feeding inlet, by the centrifugal force, liquid flows upward along the drum wall, and is separated to layers because their different density.
Tube centrifuge juice clarification process
Feed preparation:
Firstly, the juice to be clarified is subjected to pretreatment, such as filtering to remove larger impurity particles, in order to reduce the load on the centrifuge and prevent clogging. Then, the juice is slowly fed into the feed inlet of the tube centrifuge through the feeding device
Centrifugal separation:
After the juice enters the centrifuge drum, under the strong centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, the solid particles in the juice (such as meat residue, pectin and other impurities) are quickly thrown towards the inner wall of the drum due to their high density, and gradually deposit on the wall to form a sediment layer; The clarified juice, due to its lower density, moves towards the center of the drum under the action of centrifugal force
Drainage and slag discharge:
The clarified juice is continuously discharged through the overflow port at the upper end of the drum and enters the collection device. When the sediment in the drum accumulates to a certain extent, causing the separation effect to decrease to the point where it does not meet the requirements, the machine needs to be stopped, and then the drum needs to be disassembled to manually remove the solid phase substances
