Feature
1. High speed grinding of stainless steel rotor and stator, with one rotating at high speed and the other stationary, causes significant shear and friction forces on the material passing between the tooth shaped slopes.
2. A pair of conical rotating teeth in the colloid mill move relative to the fixed teeth, and the material is subjected to shear force, frictional force, centrifugal force, and high-frequency vibration through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth, achieving the purpose of crushing, emulsification, homogenization, and dispersion.
3. The crushing efficiency of fine ultrafine particles is relatively high, using shear, grinding, and high-speed stirring forces. The crushing and grinding rely on the relative movement of the grinding disc's tooth shaped inclined plane.
