Main Features:
The LW horizontal screw centrifuge is a new type of two-phase horizontal screw centrifuge mainly suitable for (two phase )liquid-solid separation .
Our decanter centrifuge can used in soy protein separation plant .waste water treatment plan .and also applicable separation of liquid-solid from the olive oil,fish oil,avocado oil , coconut oil and so on .
This centrifuge can continuously produce with a high production capacity and small energy consumption per unit,but also has the best separation effect,minimum material loss,most convenient operation and most economical installation and maintenance costs,the new light and heavy liquid phase distribution devices and reliable labyrinth seal structure are used to achieve the best oil and water separation,the advanced slag-discharge structure is also used to achieve the continuous and smooth solid phase slag discharge avoiding the occurrence of blocking materials ,while eliminating solid phase and water mixing in downtime.
After the decanter's drum and screw conveyor start to full speed.due to the high speed rotating generating a strong centrifugal force,Material from the feed pipe through the feed hole spiral cylinder into the drum,into the drum under the action of centrifugal force,larger specific gravity solid phase sink attached to the drum wall,forming an annual layer of solid phase,Screw conveyor under the action of the differential mechanism(The differential is to ensure the stability of differential speed device,dual frequency adjust speed devices shared bus,achieved drum speed and differential speed stepless adjustable,can adapt to changes in the flow, concentration,to ensure a good and stable separation effect ,spiral and drum produces a constant differential speed.The solid sediment dehydrated from the small end of the cone drum slag outlet launched,the proportion of light clear liquid from the cylinder end of the overflow overflow.So a continuous feeding, separation, slag, water, to achieve continuous separation effect.

Principle level:
Sewage centrifuge uses centrifugal force to achieve solid-liquid separation. Its drum rotates at high speed, generating strong centrifugal force that can typically reach hundreds or even thousands of times the acceleration of gravity. For example, in the treatment of domestic sewage, suspended solid particles in the sewage can quickly move towards the direction of the drum wall under such strong centrifugal force, separating from the liquid part. This separation speed is much faster than traditional methods such as natural settling.
On the practical application level:
For industrial wastewater, especially wastewater containing small particles or solid-liquid mixtures with similar densities, wastewater centrifuges can also effectively separate them. For example, in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, it is difficult to separate dye particles and water through simple filtration or precipitation. However, sewage centrifuges can quickly separate a large number of dye particles from water, improve treatment efficiency, and meet the continuous production needs of enterprises for sewage treatment.

For solid particles in wastewater, a high recovery rate can be achieved. During the sludge dewatering process, the sewage centrifuge can effectively separate the solid components in the sludge, significantly reducing the moisture content of the sludge. For example, in municipal sewage treatment, the moisture content of sludge treated by sewage centrifuge can be reduced from 90% -95% to 70% -80%, which is beneficial for the subsequent treatment of sludge (such as landfill, incineration, etc.).
